Widgets Terms of Use Agreement

Oinkbound offers no widget today. These terms take effect when it first offers one. Until then, the designer may hide this page from the sidebar.

Oinkbound may offer widgets: pieces of code, such as a badge, a calculator, an Open Enrollment countdown, or an embedded request form, that a website owner can place on their own site to show content from or link to Oinkbound or one of its brands ("Widgets"). legal entity name, doing business as Oinkbound ("Oinkbound," "we," "our"), provides Widgets under these terms (the "Agreement"), which are part of our Terms of Use. By copying a Widget's code, or by placing or using a Widget, you agree to the following:

A Widget may appear only on a website that belongs to you and that you run; apps, emails, ads and every other medium are off limits.
You may not change a Widget in any way. This includes changing its code, hiding or disabling any part of it, removing or changing any disclosure or consent wording it displays, adding a "nofollow" or similar attribute to its links, or preventing search engines from following those links.
Apart from displaying the Widget, you may not make any statement or promise about Oinkbound, its brands, its services, the licensed agents who receive requests, or any insurance plan or price.
You may not display a Widget in a way that suggests Oinkbound sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with you or your website.
You must place a Widget only on a page whose subject fits it, such as health insurance, personal finance, small business or benefits, and any mention of Oinkbound or its services on that page must be accurate. A page with adult, gambling, or similarly unrelated content is not a fitting place.
Never put a Widget on a website that:
- contains anything unlawful, harmful, obscene, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
- disparages Oinkbound, its brands, its services, or the agents and insurers it works with;
- infringes Oinkbound's trademarks, copyrights or other rights; or
- violates any law, including laws on telemarketing, advertising and privacy.
If a Widget includes a request form, you may not fill it in for anyone else, offer anyone money, gifts or other rewards to submit it, submit it by automated means, or collect, copy, store or use any information people enter in it. That information goes directly to Oinkbound and is handled under our Privacy Policy. Attorney review a form widget on a third-party site raises consent and lead-source questions under telemarketing law.
You may not use a Widget, or data obtained through one, for any purpose these terms do not allow, including training an artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right, which we may revoke at any time, to display a Widget as these terms allow and, only as part of that Widget, to show our names and logos as they appear in it. You get no other right in our code, content, names or logos. We may change, stop serving, or require you to remove any Widget at any time, for any reason.
You agree that we may check your website, including by automated means, to confirm that you are following these terms.
Attorney review WIDGETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. YOU USE ANY WIDGET AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, OINKBOUND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY WIDGET.
We may change this Agreement at any time by posting the change on this page. You are responsible for checking it, and continuing to use a Widget after a change means you accept it.
