Our Do-Not-Call Policy

Attorney review each line below is a promise about how calls are made and must be true before the first call.

This is Oinkbound's written policy for keeping a do-not-call list, as federal telemarketing rules require. A copy is available free on request.

• Our internal list. We keep an internal Do-Not-Call list. Before we call or text a number, we check it against that list, and we do not call or text a number on it.
• How fast we act. We honor a request to stop as soon as we can, and no later than 10 business days after we receive it.
• We tell the agent. When you ask us to stop, we also tell the licensed agent who received your request to stop.
• How long it lasts. A number stays on our list unless you later give us new consent to call it, for example by submitting a new request.
• Calling hours. We call only during the hours the law of your state allows, which in some states is 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. your local time.
• Who is calling. Every call from us identifies Oinkbound or the brand you used, and gives a phone number or email address where you can reach us.
• Training. Everyone who calls on our behalf is trained on this policy before they make calls. describe how the AI voice agent applies this policy.
• National registry. Because you gave express written consent when you submitted your request, we and that agent may call you even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry, until you withdraw consent. Attorney review
