Advertised Terms and Information

These disclosures apply to every advertisement made by or for Oinkbound and its consumer brands, including Pick Health Advisor, on any website, social media platform, search engine, video, or phone call.
Our ads invite you to ask a licensed insurance agent about health coverage. Oinkbound does not set or quote premiums, deductibles or benefits. Any price, plan or benefit you hear about comes from the licensed agent who contacts you and the insurance company that offers the plan, and depends on your age, where you live, your household, your income, the time of year and the insurer's rules.
Oinkbound does not decide whether you qualify for any plan, tax credit, subsidy or government program. Only an insurance company, a licensed agent acting for it, or a government agency can do that. Not everyone will qualify for a particular plan, price or savings.
Our consumer sites serve people under 65 looking for individual and family health coverage, including Affordable Care Act Marketplace plans and private plans. We do not connect anyone with Medicare plans.
Submitting a request is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. A licensed agent may not be available in every area, and we do not guarantee that an agent will contact you or offer you coverage. See the Terms of Use for details. The Terms of Use govern these advertised terms and information.

Specific Disclosures

Some of our ads and pages carry a numbered note that points here. Each disclosure below shows the date it was last confirmed.

Disclosure 1: Free to consumers. You pay Oinkbound nothing to submit a request or speak with an agent. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 2: How we are paid. Licensed insurance agents pay Oinkbound for each consumer request we deliver to them. We are paid the same whatever plan you choose and whether or not you buy one. If you buy a plan, the insurance company pays the agent a commission, as is usual in insurance; that commission is not an added charge to you. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 3: One agent per request. We sell each consumer request to one licensed insurance agent, not to several agencies. Disclosure current as of date. Attorney review ad claim; must stay true for every request sold.
Disclosure 4: Not a government website. Oinkbound and its brands are not run by, connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, HealthCare.gov, any state health insurance marketplace, Medicare or Medicaid. You can apply for Marketplace coverage yourself, at no cost, at HealthCare.gov or your state's marketplace. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 5: Insurance company names and logos. Where an ad or page names or shows an insurance company, it is an example of a company whose plans a licensed agent may be able to discuss in some areas. It does not mean that company endorses or sponsors Oinkbound, or that its plans are available to you. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 6: People and voices in our ads. Our ads may feature paid actors, or people and voices created with artificial intelligence. They are not customers, and we never present them as customer reviews or real results. Any number stated in our ads is true and has a source we can show. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 7: Open Enrollment dates. Where we show Open Enrollment dates or a countdown, the dates are those published by HealthCare.gov for the federal Marketplace. For 2027 coverage, Open Enrollment runs from November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027. State-run marketplaces may use different dates. Disclosure current as of October 1, 2026. re-check each year.
Disclosure 8: Medicare. Our consumer sites do not connect anyone with Medicare plans. If you are 65 or older, or have Medicare, visit Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE, or contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for free help. Disclosure current as of date.
Disclosure 9: Calls from us and from agents. If you submit a request, Oinkbound and the licensed agent who receives your request may call you, including with automated technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice, as described in the consent shown next to the button you click.
