Reviews and User-Generated Content Terms of Use

These terms apply to any content you submit to Oinkbound or post on a website or social media page that Oinkbound or one of its brands runs, including reviews and ratings, comments, testimonials, survey answers, feedback, photos and videos ("User Content"). They also apply to any review service we offer now or later, such as reviews of an agent. They are part of our Terms of Use. Where these terms and our Privacy Policy differ about User Content, these terms control. no Oinkbound site collects reviews or other User Content today; these terms take effect for any feature or page that does.

Your Promises About User Content

By submitting User Content, you promise that:

you wrote or created it yourself, and you own it or have every right needed to give us the license below;
it describes your own real experience, and it is accurate and honest;
you are at least 18 years old;
you were not paid, given anything of value, or offered anything to write it, unless you clearly say so in the content itself; and
it complies with these terms and will not harm anyone.

Content You May Not Submit

You agree not to submit User Content that:

you know is false, misleading or exaggerated, or that describes an experience you did not have;
was written by, or for, an insurance agent, agency, insurer or competitor about its own business or a rival's, without clearly saying so;
infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
breaks any law, including consumer protection, false advertising and anti-discrimination laws;
is defamatory, hateful, threatening, harassing, obscene, or attacks anyone because of race, religion, ethnicity, sex, disability or any other protected trait;
includes anyone's personal contact information, such as phone numbers, email or street addresses, or links to other websites;
includes health information, diagnoses, medications, insurance policy or member numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment details, whether your own or anyone else's; or
contains viruses, malicious code, or anything else that could damage a computer or system.

Indemnity

To the extent the law allows, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oinkbound and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers from any claim, damage, loss or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises from your breach of the promises above, your violation of any law, or your violation of anyone else's rights.

License You Give Us

Attorney review

When you submit User Content to us or post it on a website or social media page we run, you give Oinkbound a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive license, which we may transfer or sublicense, to use, copy, display, publish, translate, edit for length or clarity, and distribute that User Content in any medium, without paying you. When we republish a review or testimonial in advertising, we will not change its meaning, and we will follow the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements and reviews. decide whether to ask permission before using a review in advertising.

How We Handle User Content

We may review User Content before or after it is posted, and we may decline to post or remove any User Content that breaks these terms. We do not remove or hide honest reviews because they are negative, and we do not post only favorable ones. You may not be able to edit or delete User Content after you submit it, but you may ask us to remove it, and we will tell you if we cannot. state how long reviews take to appear, once a review feature exists.

Contacting You About Your Content

If you give us your email address or phone number with your User Content, we, our service providers, and, for a review of an agent, that agent may contact you about your submission, for example to confirm it or tell you it was posted. We will not use it to market to you unless you have separately agreed.
