Pricing

Plans for licensed agents:a posted price anda posted time delay.

Every lead shows its price before you claim it. Paid plans hold more leads at once, keep them to themselves longer, and see each new lead a few seconds sooner.

[PLACEHOLDER: every lead quantity shows a yellow box and every price reads $X until it is set]

Three things to know

  1. Exclusive means exclusive to you, unless the person asks for another agent. While your window is open, we give that lead to nobody else. If the person asks for a different agent, we add one.

  2. Pro and Max plans get a head start. Your Agent Score adds 0 to 5 seconds to your wait, and we prioritize response speed over anything else. For more about your Agent Score, see the questions at the bottom of the page.

  3. No bidding on new leads. Every new lead has one posted price you see before you claim it. Only the Pig Pen's price moves: it starts high and drops until someone claims.

Questions

What is my Agent Score?

A score from 300 to 850, a little like a credit score, that you can always see. It comes from what the people you were given tell us after you contact them, and reaching people quickly counts the most. Your score adds 0 to 5 seconds to your wait for each new lead: the higher it is, the less it adds. At 450 or under, buying stops until your score recovers. [PLACEHOLDER: link to the Agent Score page, for logged-in agents only, which also explains the check-in]

What is a slot?

A slot holds one lead. It frees up when the person tells us you reached them, when they ask for another agent, or when your exclusive window ends. Pig Pen leads use their own slots.

What does "exclusive" mean?

While your window is open, we give that lead to nobody else, unless the person asks for another agent. If they do, a second agent is added. You are only asked to stop if the person tells us they want that.

Why do paid plans see new leads first?

Because it is part of what they pay for, and we would rather say so here than hide it. Max boards get a new lead first, Pro boards 5 seconds later and Starter boards 10 seconds later, before your Agent Score is counted.

What do Max's three levels change?

How many leads you can hold at once, exclusive and Pig Pen, and the monthly price. Everything else about Max stays the same. [PLACEHOLDER: the counts and prices for each level]

How does billing work?

[PLACEHOLDER: link to the billing page; the monthly and annual billing policy is written into the Agent Terms of Use before paid plans open; counsel reviews]

Can I cancel?

[PLACEHOLDER: cancellation terms, monthly and annual; counsel reviews]

What does a return cover?
